Role Overview:We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable BIM MEP Senior Instructor to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing and delivering comprehensive BIM MEP training, building and leading a team of faculty, and continuously updating the curriculum to reflect industry advancements. You will also play a critical role in supporting our sales and marketing efforts, as well as organizing events that showcase students' skills and readiness for the industry.

Key Responsibilities :

Team Leadership : Build and lead a team of qualified faculty members specializing in BIM MEP, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous learning.-

Training Delivery : Deliver high-quality BIM MEP training to college students, with an emphasis on practical, real-world applications that prepare them for industry roles.-

Curriculum Development : Develop and regularly update the BIM MEP curriculum to ensure it aligns with the latest industry trends and technologies, providing students with relevant and applicable skills.-

Sales & Marketing Support : Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance outreach efforts, including participating in webinars and contributing to sales pitches aimed at colleges and universities.-

Event Organization : Plan and manage designathons, competitions, and other events that challenge students and allow them to demonstrate their BIM MEP expertise.

Qualifications :

- B.Tech /BE in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Required), M.Tech/M.E will be a plus.- Extensive experience in BIM MEP Implementation and Training, with a strong understanding of MEP systems design and integration.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Ability to develop and maintain a cutting-edge BIM MEP curriculum that reflects industry needs and prepares students for entry-level roles.- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.- Experience in supporting sales and marketing initiatives is an advantage.
