We are looking for CMA-qualified professionals who are interested in building a long-term career in US Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Healthcare RCM Finance.Who Can Apply- CMA (India) completed or pursuing, with strong accounting fundamentals- Interested in US Accounting and Healthcare Finance- Comfortable with 2 PM – 11 PM shift- Willing to work 5 days a week with flexibility in weekly offs- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and learning mindsetKey Responsibilities- Support US Accounting team in month-end closing, reconciliations, and reporting- Work on US-based clients and healthcare accounting processes- Maintain books, journals, ledgers, AR/AP entries, and financial accuracy- Ensure compliance with US GAAP-based workflows (training will be provided)- Coordinate with internal teams for finance-related tasks- Participate in ongoing training for skill enhancementWhy Join AIG Healthcare- Structured training in US Accounting and Healthcare Finance- Clear growth path in US Accounting, FP&A, RCM Finance, and US GAAP- Opportunity to work with experienced US clients and financial teams- Stable five-day workweek- Fast-growing and supportive work environment
