Manufacturing Director
Job Description：
1. Responsible for organizing the company's production work, arranging the company's annual production plan, monthly production plan and daily production plan, and completing the production tasks assigned by the company on time and according to quality and quantity;
2. Responsible for the daily operation management of the production line, including personnel management, equipment management, material management, production process management and environmental management, to ensure that the production process complies with international standards and specifications, to continuously optimize the production line and to control the production cost;
3. Receive customers' inspection requirements, and be responsible for passing relevant audits;
4. Master the quality status in the production process, cooperate with the quality department to help solve the quality problems in the production;
5. Cooperate with the work of CTO to transform and upgrade the production line according to the company's needs.
Requirements:
1. 5 years or above working experience in production and operation of material factory, battery factory or automobile factory, familiar with all production processes of material production;
2. Excellent English&Chinese communication skills, English&Chinese can be used as a working language;
3. Full-time bachelor degree or above;
4. Have a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility, good conduct, loyalty to duty, honesty and public service;
5. Have good communication and coordination, strain and pressure resistance ability.
