Who we are:
Credibl is laser focused and customer obsessed to make life easy for corporate sustainability teams. We do this by bringing deep and smart automation to our decarbonization and ESG native AI platform. We are a deeply creative team of technologist, product managers, sustainability experts – we bring our creativity and deep technology experience to the sustainability space.
- We natively and meaningfully use GenAI throughout our platform workflows. We give each enterprise an internal auditor built on LLMs.
- We have 110+ midsize and large enterprise customers who trust Credibl as their ESG operating platform for ESG measurement, management, reporting and value chain engagement. These include several customers in the circular plastics value chain including iconic companies like Schoeler Alibert, large hospitality companies like the Taj hotels and e-commerce companies like Flipkart(owned by Walmart).
Credibl is founded by serial silicon valley technology entrepreneurs – led by CEO Jitesh Shetty(Founder Qwiklabs – ex Googler), Parth Patil(ex Yahoo, StumbleUpon, Co-Founder Promote) and Sushil Choudhari(Co-Founder Dhingana and Travelx, ex Microsoft).
Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the founders to define and articulate the product vision and strategy. Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligning with the company’s goal and priorities
- Conduct thorough market research and gather customer feedback to identify needs and pain points, using this data to drive product enhancements and guide new feature development.
- Develop detailed specifications for product features and enhancements. Prioritize feature development in coordination with leadership teams based on strategic importance.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, UI/UX and CS teams to address issues and ensure the delivery of high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
- Work alongside founders, product marketing, sales, and customer success teams to plan, execute and launch new features and enhancements for the product line
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, and use date-driven insights to inform product decisions and improvement.
- Create detailed artifacts and documentation for design, tech and functional teams - including user stories, journey maps, wireframes, mindmaps and detailed feature specs.
- Oversee the product development lifecycle from conception to launch, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet high-quality standards while keeping agility and velocity.
- Continuously identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement, leveraging AI to drive growth and enhance user satisfaction.
Must have skillset
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management in B2B SaaS companies. Work experience in venture funded / high growth startups as an early team member is a huge plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Technology (B.Tech) is preferred or any other Bachelor’s degree from a top institute is a plus, MBA is also plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and scaling products or someone who has tried his/her hands with enterpreneurship is a plus.
- Strong willingness to learn and continuously expand domain knowledge.
- Passion for Sustainability or earlier experience in sustainability is also a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools such as Jira/Asana/ClickUp, Figma/Adobe XD, Miro/Figjam, Excel, Postgres, MySQL, Google Analytics.
