You will be responsible for creating, formatting, and executing high-quality design files for packaging, product prints, and marketing assets. This role focuses on print-ready artwork, KLD compliance, legal compliances, machine-ready files, and e-commerce ready creatives while coordinating closely with operation, printing, and design teams Packaging Printing and ExecutionDesign and execute packaging artwork as per KLD (Key Line Drawing)  and brand guidelines Create print-ready files for product packaging, labels, boxes, and inserts Prepare accurate pad print and UV machine design files Ensure proper color modes, bleed, margins, and die-lines for printing Maintain organized design files and version control Ensure accuracy in text, dimensions, barcodes, and legal information Coordinate with printing vendors for printing executions and output accuracy Handle formatting, revisions, and final artwork approvals Troubleshoot print-related issues and ensure quality control Meet timelines while managing multiple projects simultaneously Design listing images  for marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) Create A+ banners, ad banners, and promotional creatives Ensure compliance with marketplace image and content guidelines Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design or related field 2–3 years of experience in packaging and print design Strong knowledge of KLD, printing processes, and machine-ready artwork Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign Understanding of CMYK, Pantone colors, and print specifications Experience in FMCG / Consumer Products packaging Knowledge of e-commerce platform creative requirements Ability to coordinate with production and vendor teams Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Accuracy and print-readiness of design files Adherence to KLD and printing standards Timely completion of assigned projects Reduction in print errors and rework
