Job Description


  • The Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, configuring and optimizing our customer’s ServiceNow solutions to meet their business needs.
  • This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, support the architect implementing the ServiceNow solutions, and ensure successful deployment and adoption.
  • The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in ServiceNow development, along with great analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • He/she has great functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and development.


Main responsibilities


  • Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives and standards.
  • Master user interface updates such as the configuration and maintenance of forms, lists, views, UI policy, UI scripts, UI actions, view rules and other UI elements.
  • Ensure best practices are followed in the development, configuration, and administration of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements, integrate external systems, and facilitate adoption.
  • Participate in the architecture and design of ServiceNow modules (ITOM,HRSD, ITBM, etc.) as needed. ITOM expertise is Mandatory.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.


Skills & qualifications


  • 6-10 years of experience in ServiceNow development
  • Good understanding of ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and API integrations.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills.


Education


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.


Languages


  • Spoken and written English
  • Proficiency is in French, Or German is a definite plus

  • Anywhere in India
