Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Scientist located in Pune. The Scientist will be responsible for conducting and overseeing laboratory research, designing and executing experiments, data analysis, and preparing technical reports. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and contributing to project planning and management. The Scientist will also be expected to stay updated on the latest scientific trends and advancements relevant to the company's focus areas.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in the industry
  • Experience in laboratory research, experimental design, and data analysis
  • Proficiency in molecular biology techniques and cellular biology
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and good laboratory practices (GLP)
  • Strong technical reporting and scientific writing skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
