Job Description :


Job Purpose :


- Develop and maintain scalable and robust front-end applications using React JS, Redux, GrpahQL, Web-sockets (socket.io) for optimizing the performance and mobile responsiveness.

- Drive micro front-end architecture decisions, lead code reviews, and establish front-end best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.

- Must have UI/UX experience in design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable React code by maintaining the theme of the project.

Roles & Responsibilities :

List the primary deliverables :

1. Design front end-to-end implementation of Gen AI Projects using React JS, Redux, Grpah-QL, Web-sockets (socket.io) with micro frontend.

2. Work with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, ML engineers, SDE to develop for model development and productization.

3. Must have UI/UX experience in design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable React code by maintaining the theme of the project.

4. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and deployment strategy.

5. Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.

6. Stay up to date with the React ecosystem and emerging technologies.

Adhere to security and PII best practices in a front-end development environment, with a particular focus on securing React applications.

7. Hire and Setup a fully functional team with capability for delivering Gen AI Projects.

Secondary Responsibilities :

List the deliverables other than primary, but essential for the role:


1. Develop new user interface features using React JS and maintain state management using Redux or Context API.

2. Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.

3. Ensure code consistency and quality by adhering to and advocating for best practices in React JS development, including but not limited to component lifecycle, hooks, and functional components.

4. Conduct thorough code reviews to improve standards and collaborate with team members to enhance code quality.

Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities

(if applicable) 1. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior React developers and encourage their growth and professional development.

2. Lead by example in the creation of sophisticated, maintainable, and performant front-end code using React JS.

3. Collaborate closely with backend developers and UI/UX designers to ensure seamless, end-to-end delivery of features.

4. Influence and inspire innovation within the React development team to adopt the latest and most efficient practices.

Key Success Metrics :

1. Delivery of fully functional React-based features with clean, maintainable code on scheduled timelines.

2. User engagement metrics improvement due to enhanced UI/UX aspects of applications.

3. Minimal bugs and issues post-deployment, indicating a high level of code quality and thorough testing.
