Role Description
1. Workforce Management
Manage day-to-day HR operations for both factory (blue collar) and office staff (white collar).
Maintain updated employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of staff and workmen.
2. Statutory Compliance
Ensure timely and accurate handling of ESI, PF, and other statutory compliances .
Liaise with government bodies, auditors, and consultants for inspections and compliance.
Prepare and maintain relevant documentation and statutory registers as per labor laws.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
Address grievances of blue-collar workers and support white-collar employees in HR matters.
Promote a positive and compliant workplace culture.
Assist in implementing employee engagement initiatives, welfare measures, and health & safety programs.
4. HR Operations
Support payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance and statutory inputs.
Issue letters, contracts, and other employee documentation.
Maintain confidentiality of employee data.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2–5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing company (must have handled blue & white collars).
Strong knowledge of ESI, PF, labor laws, and statutory compliances .
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to handle workforce issues tactfully.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRMS/ERP systems.
Strong organizational, documentation, and reporting skills.
