Role Overview: We are looking for a talented Videographer / Photographer with strong video editing skills to join our creative team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in shooting high-quality visual content for social media, advertising, product showcases, and brand campaigns — along with solid post-production expertise. Key Responsibilities Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, high-quality deliverables for social media, YouTube, ads, and websites. Add graphics, text overlays, transitions, sound effects, and background music to enhance storytelling. Collaborate closely with the creative, marketing, and social media teams to ensure brand consistency. Adapt long-form content (e.g., interviews, shoots, podcasts) into short-form social media videos (Reels, Shorts, TikToks). Maintain organized project files and manage video assets efficiently. Implement feedback quickly and meet project deadlines. Stay updated on current trends in video content, social media formats, and editing tools. Qualifications Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional video editing experience (3 years in an agency setting preferred). Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve. Strong understanding of pacing, transitions, and narrative flow. Ability to color-correct, balance audio, and optimize for multiple platforms. Familiarity with motion graphics and animation is a plus. Excellent attention to detail, time management, and creative flair. Soft Skills Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into engaging visuals. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
