Expected Skills/ Competency
Seek an experienced Business Analyst with a strong Insurance background and hands-on experience in implementing AI/ML-assisted fraud detection and similar use cases to join our team. The successful candidate will be pivotal in our in-house product development and implementation projects, focusing on claims fraud detection through AI/ML. This role involves extensive collaboration with customers, end users, and various internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of innovative solutions.
1. Perform formal process mapping, create glossaries, data dictionaries, and specify non-functional requirements related to fraud detection through AI/ML.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for AI/ML-based fraud detection solutions.
3. Work closely with data scientists, developers, and other internal teams to design and implement effective fraud detection models.
4. Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI/ML models for fraud detection and recommend improvements.
5. Coordinate and support system implementations throughout the project lifecycle phases including analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, rollout, and hand-over.
6. Produce comprehensive documentation, including business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, use cases, activity and process flow diagrams, user stories, wireframes, mock-ups, and process diagrams.
7. Create wireframes and mock-ups to visualize proposed solutions and ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations.
8. Collaborate with testing teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
9. Candidate must have 5-15 years of relevant experience in the Insurance domain.
10. Hands-on experience implementing fraud detection for some product or service-based company through AI/ML.
11. Proficient in creating use cases, activity and process flow diagrams, user stories, wireframes, and mock-ups.
12. Strong capability in producing comprehensive documentation including BRDs, functional specifications, and process diagrams.
13. Excellent analytical skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
14. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Must have Skill set
1. At least 6+ years of experience working in Insurance industry
2. Extensive experience and exposure in fraud detection through AI/ML. Understanding of Insurance business domains like claims fraud and similar use cases. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in fraud detection.
3. Experience in End to End General claims workflow
4. Worked on integration with fraud detection tools
5. Worked on requirement gathering, functional documentation and wireframe creations
