To manage andguide the HR team and stake holders for the creation of goal sheetsensuring performance discussion between supervisors andsubordinates and releasing of report
HR Analytics
Scrutinizing data closely to produce indepth analysis on HR variousmetrics
Using the analysis todrive HR agenda in the Organization
