We are seeking a talented UX and Visual Designer to join our team. As a UX and Visual Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user experiences across our digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and implement visual designs that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
Job Role & Responsibility :
Understand product specifications and user psychology
Create personas through user research and data
Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
Developing wireframes, prototype and task flows based on user needs.
Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
Collaborating with Designers and Developers to create intuitive, user-friendly software.
Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers.
Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends.
Create visual designs for web and mobile applications.
Design user flows and information architecture to ensure intuitive navigation and user engagement.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
Preferred candidate profile:
2-3 years of professional experience in UX design.
Strong portfolio of design projects
Background in project management and research
Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
Problem-solving aptitude
Analytical mind with a business acumen
Excellent communication skills
Bachelor's Degree in UX Design or a related field in design.
