Position:

Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Role Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of our multi-cloud SaaS infrastructure. You will work with our modern technology stack, which includes Kubernetes, Spark, TensorFlow, Python, Go, MySQL, and Redis. Your work will be critical in maintaining and improving the infrastructure that supports our innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, tune, and operate the infrastructure that supports our multi-cloud SaaS products.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure the reliability and scalability of our systems.
  • Develop and maintain monitoring, alerting, and incident response systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in production environments.
  • Implement infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, and automation to streamline operations.
  • Participate in on-call rotation to address critical incidents and support operations.

Requirements:

  • B.Tech, M.Tech, B.Sc., or M.Sc. from a premier institute.
  • 5-10 years of professional experience in hands-on engineering roles, including operating production environments in public clouds (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Strong fundamentals in Linux/Unix systems.
  • Proficiency in Python programming in production environments.
  • Experience with modern cloud environments, including containerization, infrastructure-as-code, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience operating Kubernetes clusters.
  • Familiarity with ML Ops technologies such as Spark and TensorFlow, and working with GPUs.
  • Experience with Terraform.
  • Hands-on experience with network security and database systems.
