Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and handling personnel management tasks. Day-to-day tasks include administering HR functions, supporting the recruitment process, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and promoting a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Human Resources (HR), including HR Management, HR Policies, and Personnel Management
  • Experience in managing Employee Benefits and ensuring compliance with employment regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
