Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement global learning and development strategies that align with business goals and support employee growth and career advancement. Partner with senior leadership to identify and address organizational needs and gaps through targeted interventions and programs. Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, consultants, and training providers to leverage expertise and resources as needed. Should liaise with business and facilitate delivery of technical trainings in a structured manner.

Qualifications: Masters degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on learning & development, organization development, and change management. Excellent understanding of technology and ability to articulate it Proven track record of success in designing and implementing learning and development initiatives in a multinational organization. Strong understanding of organization development principles and change management methodologies. Experience in facilitating training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels of the organization. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with stakeholders. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives simultaneously. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs. High level of creativity and innovation with the ability to think strategically and drive results. Experience working in the IT industry or a technology-driven organization is a plus.
