Plant Manager Head

Weare looking for a Plant Manager / Head to drive continuousimprovement and optimization of allprocesses.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of plant operationsincluding production maintenance quality control and safetycompliance.
- Develop and implement strategicplans to optimize production efficiency minimize costs and maximizeoutput.
- Lead and motivate a diverse team ofdepartment managers and frontline staff to achieve productiontargets and quality standards.
- Foster aculture of continuous improvement innovation and excellence inperformance.
- Ensure compliance with allregulatory requirements and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including supplychain engineering and finance to drive operational excellence andmeet business objectives.
- Monitor keyperformance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to assessperformance and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage budgeting forecasting and resource allocation forplant operations.
- Develop and implementinitiatives to enhance employee engagement training anddevelopment.
- Foster a safe work environmentand promote adherence to all health and safety protocols andprocedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering orrelated field; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in plantmanagement with a proven track record of success in leadingmanufacturing operations.
- Strong technicalexpertise in production processes equipment and systems.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with theability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.
- Strategic thinker with a resultsoriented mindset and afocus on continuous improvement.
- Demonstratedability to manage complex projects and drive changeinitiatives.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatoryrequirements and industry best practices.
- Proven ability to manage budgets analyze financial dataand make datadriven decisions.
- Effectivecommunication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment andadapt to changing priorities and business needs.
