Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with 1 to 3 years of experience in IT sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lead generation and sales strategy, along with exceptional communication skills. As a key member of our sales team, the BDE will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our client base.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

- Identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target organizations.- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and the competitive landscape.- Utilize various channels, such as online research, networking, and referrals, to generate leads.

Sales Strategy:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.- Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling value propositions tailored to specific client needs.- Stay informed about industry developments and adjust strategies accordingly.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.- Understand client needs and objectives and provide customized solutions.- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business challenges.

Communication Skills:

- Clearly articulate the value proposition of our products and services to potential clients.- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover from lead generation to the sales closing process.- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to clients.

Sales Metrics and Reporting:

- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, progress, and achievements.- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
