Overview :

The Frontend Developer position is a critical role within our organization as it directly contributes to the creation and maintenance of high-quality user interfaces for our web applications.

This role is essential in ensuring that our digital products are not only visually appealing but also highly functional and user-friendly.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with a deep understanding of frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.

Collaborating closely with backend developers and UI/UX designers, the Frontend Developer will play a pivotal part in translating design concepts into code while also optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.

With a focus on continuous improvement, the successful candidate will be expected to stay updated with the latest trends in web development, pushing the boundaries of what our technology can achieve.

Key Responsibilities :

- Developing new user-facing features using React framework.

- Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.

- Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code.

- Ensuring web applications are responsive and mobile-friendly.

- Collaborating with backend developers and web designers to improve usability.

- Performance tuning and optimization of web applications.

- Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

- Implementing modern build pipelines and tools.

- Conducting code reviews and mentoring junior developers.

- Identifying and fixing bugs or performance bottlenecks.

- Staying updated with emerging web technologies and industry trends.

- Participating in brainstorming and architectural discussions.

- Ensuring cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards.

- Implementing security measures in code.

- Collaborating in Agile environments, participating in sprint planning and stand-ups.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Minimum 7 years of experience in frontend development.

- Proficient understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Experience with React.js or similar JavaScript frameworks.

- Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux or MobX.

- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs.

- Experience with version control systems like Git.

- Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha.

- Experience in responsive and adaptive design.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Experience with Agile methodologies.

- Understanding of web performance metrics and optimization.

- Familiarity with CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS.

- A portfolio of projects demonstrating relevant experience.
