Position Requirements The right person for this position should have 7+years of experience in Io T embedded systems. He/She should be passionate, tech savvy, academically sound, have interest in embedded devices and technologies that drive the headless domain.Knowledge:Exposure to Microcontroller/Microprocessor Architecture /Family e.g. ARM Cortex, Microchip, Xtensa ESP32, TI CC32 XX, Raspberry PI, i MX seriesKnowledge of any RTOS, Free RTOS, u C OS, Emb OSs, Vx Works, QNXKnowledge of Microcontroller peripherals and drivers e.g. ADC, DAC, I2 C, SPI, UART, CAN, RS485, DMA, Ethernet, SD/e MMC, SDIO, UFSKnowledge of embedded linux, device driver concepts and inter process communicationKnowledge of networking concepts like OSI layers, embedded TCP/IP stacks and common IP protocolsKnowledge of RF protocols WIFI, Zigbee, Bluetooth/BLE, Io T CellularKnowledge of Io T communication protocols MQTT, COAP, AMQPKnowledge of Build toolchains and framework such as IAR, GCC, Keil, Mplab, Build root, YoctoDFMA and DFMEA, Design release processCoding standards, guidelines and compliance toolsVersion control and repositories using git toolsSoftware quality assurance and automated testing tools Experience / Skills:Embedded software design cycleDocumenting Software Design (flow charts, state diagram, logic design, analysis, implementation, debugging and testing etc)Good hands-on programming in Embedded C, C++.Programming in scripting languages such as batch, shell, python, Nodejs is a plus.Experience with AWS/Google cloud for device connectivity.
