Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced DRO Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating Digital Readout (DRO) machines, with a strong focus on precision, efficiency, and quality in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate DRO-equipped machines for precision machining tasks
  • Interpret and work from technical drawings and blueprints
  • Set up tools, fixtures, and machine parameters accurately
  • Conduct quality checks using measuring instruments (e.g., Vernier, Micrometer)
  • Maintain machine performance and perform routine maintenance
  • Record production data and report discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in DRO machine operation
  • Strong understanding of machining processes and tolerances
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Familiarity with textile machinery components is an advantage
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
