The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills: Role Summary/Purpose Reporting to the Lead Piping Engineer you will be responsible for providing engineering support ensuring safe, cost effective designs are being produced for project delivery. You will be accountable for review and approval of technical documentation as well as preparation of detailed schedules and reports. This role will see your involvement in each project phase from design through construction and operations. Specific Responsibilities Demonstrate an overriding commitment to health, safety, environmental responsibility. Work execution based on Project Execution Plan (PEP) and Individual Design Plan (IDP) Prepare detailed schedule as per given overall project schedule including front end, detail design and close out deliverables. Execute the work with the given Work Flow and Procedures. Control and management of group of designers working for assigned area. Prepare progress report for the assigned work. Prepare design changes due to revision of data, P& ID and revision requirements from other disciplines and proposes solutions where necessary. Perform technical calculations, analysis of technical query from site and solve non-conformances with regard to job requirements and specifications. Check and control of design revisions. Maintains, Controls and monitors Piping Quality Assurance System based on CAEL quality system. Implementation, monitoring and control of ISMS as per CAEL Information Security Manual. Contribute LL (Lessons Learned) Perform independently piping design works based on the schedule and scope. Requirements Tertiary/technical qualifications in Mechanical engineering discipline are essential. Knowledge and specifications of latest design engineering and analytical techniques and software is essential. Knowledge and know-how of piping design software Knowledge of piping stress calculation methods, piping and support layout design and piping material specification. Understanding of P&ID. Registered Engineer with valid Professional certification is preferable. Fluency in English This is position for Piping Engineer with knowledge ofASME Strees claculation exposure Design Pipe routing SP3D (CAD Tool) Note: Pipe stress analysis (CAESAR) skill not expected
