Job Description We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality, SEO-optimized content that resonates with B2B decision-makers and supports our digital marketing and lead generation efforts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex technical topics into engaging, accessible content. Create informative and well-structured blog posts tailored to B2B audiences across various industries. Translate technical topics—such as Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, and Microsoft Security—into business-relevant narratives. Collaborate with design, marketing, and technical teams to ensure content aligns with brand voice and strategic goals. Develop lead-generation assets such as eBooks, guides, and case studies. Maintain a consistent tone and messaging across all content formats. Conduct research on industry trends, customer pain points, and competitors to inform content strategy. Identify content gaps and propose new topic ideas to evolve the content roadmap. Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and quality. Use WordPress to upload, format, and publish articles and web content. Record short videos to support blog topics or product messaging for social media. Plan and host webinars in collaboration with internal teams to drive thought leadership and engagement. Requirements 2+ years of experience in content writing, preferably in a B2B or tech environment. Strong understanding of SEO principles and content marketing best practices. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS platforms. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
