This office plays a critical role in supporting our global operations and driving innovation in mining technology. 

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our expanding engineering team. This role is ideal for an experienced technologist who thrives on solving complex challenges, architecting scalable systems, and mentoring others. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications and enterprise-grade solutions.
  • Build, optimize, and maintain both front-end (user-facing) and back-end (server-side) components.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
  • Ensure best practices for coding standards, code reviews, testing, and continuous integration.
  • Drive discussions on architecture, system design, performance, and scalability.
  • Mentor and coach junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of technical growth.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and assess their fit for real-world business problems.
  • Contribute to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5 - 7 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or equivalent role.
  • Strong proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, React / Angular / Vue.
  • Solid experience with back-end technologies: , Python, Java, or .NET Core.
  • Expertise in building RESTful APIs / GraphQL and working with microservices-based architectures.
  • Strong understanding of databases: SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and modern Agile practices.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and documented code.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with system architecture and solution design.
  • Knowledge of security best practices for web and cloud applications.
  • Exposure to event-driven systems and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • Prior experience in leading small development teams or projects
