Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across all platforms to generate leads, enhance brand awareness, and drive organic sales for Train Rex.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute creative and engaging social media strategies aligned with Train Rex’s goals and target audience.- Design and run paid ad campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn to generate quality leads and maximize ROI.- Produce compelling content and visuals (posts, reels, stories, videos) to build brand awareness and user engagement.- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and more to ensure continuous optimization.- Implement SEO strategies to improve organic reach and search engine rankings for Train Rex’s website and app.- Collaborate with the design and product teams to create visually appealing and impactful marketing materials.- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and fitness to innovate strategies.- Manage the Train Rex community on social platforms by responding to inquiries, comments, and reviews to build strong relationships.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role (6 months to 1 year preferred).- Proficiency in paid ad platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads) and social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar).- Strong skills in content creation, including text, images, and video editing.- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).- Excellent communication skills with a flair for creativity.- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and adjust campaigns accordingly.- Passion for fitness and wellness is a plus
