Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Nagpur for a Fiber SME (Subject Matter Expert). The Fiber SME will be responsible for overseeing fiber optic network design, implementation, and maintenance. Daily tasks include conducting site surveys, providing technical support, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The role also involves troubleshooting network issues, optimizing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in fiber optic network design, implementation, and maintenance
• Proficiency in conducting site surveys and providing technical support
• Experience in managing project timelines and ensuring compliance with industry standards
• Skills in troubleshooting network issues and optimizing performance.
• Ability to work on-site in Nagpur
• Minimum 7-8 Years experinace in Telecom Industry in fiber Domain.
