Job Responsibilities:Within a dedicated software project related to an automotive OEM telematics device:Will be customer interface for all Agile feature delivery for Calls/Audio domain.Preparation and Participation in PI Planning on a regular basis every 12 weeks)Iteration Execution: maintenance of the team backlog, iteration planning, just-in-time story elaboration, apply behavior driven development, understand enabler work, participate in team demo and retrospectiveDefinition of iterations and stories and acceptance of iteration incrementsDrive of iteration goals and iteration content via prioritized storiesEstablish story acceptance criteria and acceptance of stories into the baselinePerformance of inspect and adapt sessionsDuring each PI, the PO coordinates dependencies with other POs as and when clarifications are needed.The PO also has an instrumental role in producing the System Demo for program and Value Stream stakeholders.Strive to encapsulate and incorporate more and more aspects of features for a given domain within Platform to increase re-usabilityCollaborate with Architecture team in prioriritizing enabler workBesides of the agile project activities:Responsible as assigned by the BU supervisor for the partial project execution, i.e., for delivery in time, in quality & at costs in compliance with the committed targets of the projectCreation presentation of project status reports related to the responsible domain as requested by BU supervisorBasic Qualifications:Minimum of 10+ years of overall experienceWorking experience in automaomotive domain, Telematics experience is added benefit.3+ year experience working on Calls/Audio (eCall, NGeCall, PSAP, DSP, CODEC etc)Good understanding of integration and CI/ CD.Agile Product Owner CertificateMinimum of 3+ years experience as product owner within agile teams.Minimum of 4+ years experience in working within agile teamsMinimum of 6+ year experience in embedded software developmentGood knowledge in development of software for telematics products/devices for automotive vehiclesAnalytical skills and good system understanding in the embedded SW area for automotive marketSelf-driven and able to help other achieve this.Autonomous and systematic way of working.Good English skills in spoken and written English.What you need:Experience in development and implementation of automotive audio DSP systems and tuning of vehicle audio systems.

Solid knowledge of both modern C++ and audio digital signal processingExperience in audio signal processing, acoustics, psychoacoustics, and automotive audio system integration.Experience DSP programming, acoustic simulation, and acoustic analysis software and with acoustic measurement and system calibration tools and methodologiesExperience with DevOps and Software development experience using C/C++.Hands-on experience with continuous integration systems and Agile SW development (GIT).Fluency in developing multi-threaded and interrupt driven programs for real-time applications.Experience with SDKs for audio development (JUCE, WMA SDK).Experience with Qt or similar frameworks.Experience with audio processing using MATLAB and with audio signal processing algorithm design.Advanced level of English (verbal and written) to be able to communcate in global teams on a daily bases.Innovative, resilient and result driven personality with interest in audio technologies.HARMAN is proud to be an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
