Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Regulatory Affairs Executive. The Regulatory Affairs Executive will be responsible for preparing regulatory documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing dossier preparation, and overseeing regulatory affairs activities on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of documents related to sales permission.
- Coordination with RM's and other departments for necessary approvals.
- Follow-up regarding different permissions and licenses.
- Maintaining accurate records of permissions, products, and related approvals.
- Handling
CIB – 9(4) FIM
submissions.
- Managing and processing all types of
Endorsements
.
- Extraction and maintenance of
RC Minutes
for regulatory compliance.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or related field, Toxicology
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and sales permission processes.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and record-keeping skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
