HSE Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation and company standards.
• Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and site inspections to identify potential hazards.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective/preventive action plans.
• Provide training and mentoring to employees and contractors on HSE best practices.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and represent the company during inspections and audits.
• Maintain and report HSE performance metrics to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety culture and reduce incidents.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• Professional HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA) preferred.
• Minimum (X) years of relevant HSE experience, including (X) years in a leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of local and international HSE regulations and standards.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in (specify industry) is a plus.
