Responsibilities :

- Develop and configure SCADA systems using ArcGIS JavaScript API and ArcObjects to meet project requirements and specifications.

- Design and implement both web and desktop applications for SCADA systems, ensuring usability, functionality, and performance.

- Utilize strong experience in web and desktop application development to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for SCADA systems.

- Work with relational and spatial databases, such as SQL Server or Oracle, to store and manage SCADA data effectively.

- Administer ArcSDE databases, including data loading, maintenance, and performance tuning, to support SCADA operations.

- Follow SDLC life cycle methodologies, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, operators, and project managers, to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, troubleshooting issues, and answering inquiries related to SCADA systems.

- Document system configurations, development processes, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and support.

- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in SCADA technologies, continuously enhancing skills and knowledge.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Geographical Information Systems (GIS), or related field.

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SCADA development, with a focus on ArcGIS technologies.

- Strong experience with ArcGIS JavaScript API and ArcObjects for developing SCADA applications.

- Proficiency in both web and desktop application development and configurations.

- Experience with relational and spatial databases, such as SQL Server or Oracle, for storing and managing SCADA data.

- Familiarity with ArcSDE administration for managing spatial data within an enterprise geodatabase.

- Experience in SDLC life cycle methodologies, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
