Position: Application Manager (Growth & Product Lead)Location: NoidaExperience: 5–8+ Years (Ed Tech or Mobile App Product Management)Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic Application Manager to lead the end-to-end growth and product strategy for a high-scale Learning App. This role combines Product Management, Growth Marketing, and UI/UX leadership. The ideal candidate understands the complete AARRR funnel, gamification, user behaviour, and mobile app monetisation.Key ResponsibilitiesGrowth & Acquisition- Build and execute the app’s growth roadmap with clear user scale targets- Manage ASO, paid acquisition, and optimise CAC- Strengthen install-to-registration conversion through improved onboarding flowsMonetization & Revenue- Develop subscription models, freemium-to-premium journeys, and micro-transaction workflows- Set up paywalls and upsell triggers based on user behaviour- Improve free-to-play conversion and ARPUProduct Development & Engagement- Lead product roadmap, feature prioritisation, and release planning- Implement gamification features like streaks, badges, leaderboards, and rewards- Ensure seamless LMS operations, video streaming, test engines, and content deliveryUI/UX & Creative Ownership- Own overall app UX; work with designers to build intuitive and visually appealing experiences- Oversee creative strategy for in-app assets, banners, thumbnails & marketing creativesRequired Skills- Proven success scaling a B2 C mobile app (Ed Tech, Gaming, OTT preferred)- Strong understanding of acquisition, retention, engagement, and monetisation metrics- Knowledge of LMS systems, HLS/DASH streaming, and assessment engines- Proficiency in analytics tools (Firebase, Clever Tap, Mixpanel, Apps Flyer)- Strong design sense and ability to guide UI/UX teamsIdeal Candidate Profile- Experience working in fast-growth product environments- Analytical mindset, data-driven decision maker- High ownership, problem-solving ability, and strong execution skills
