Come join the global Ingredients leader where science and creativity meet to create essential solutions for a better world Your Focus As a Senior Systems Business Analyst, you will be responsible for designing and developing solutions and you will serve as the primary contact in the delivery of customer requirements related to Finance projects, business process and support financial systems for SAP S/4 CFIN. You will conduct full lifecycle analysis to include requirements and implementing new projects in finance area. The role is Hyderabad, India based and will report to Manager CTC. How You Will Contribute Design, maintain, and enhance business processes and models in the Finance area. Monitor/improve how IT systems are used (training, process change, system change). Prepare, monitor, and manage projects to improve processes and IT systems (scope, resources, business case, timing, buy in). Follow standard methodologies like ASAP. Configure IT applications to support new and enhanced processes and roles (includes documentation, training material, test scenario’s, working procedures). Create specifications to assist the application development team in the development of interfaces, data conversions, forms, reports, and enhancements. Ownership for all IT application in defined functional area. Evaluate new releases and functionality and recommend on the appropriateness for IFF. Job Requirements What you will need to be successful Bachelor’s degree or MBA/CA or any other relevant discipline. At least 10 years of solid experience in various aspects of large-scale ERP application platforms, operations, and support in international business environments, with at least five years’ experience in a manufacturing environment (Order to Cash) processes / sub-processes).  SAP Solution Consultant for S/4HANA global solution spanning multiple countries over North America, Europe, LATAM, and Asia-Pacific for Treasury and Hedging. Exhibit good command over more than one of the following areas in SAP Treasury: Cash Management, In-house Cash, Payments, Multi-Bank Connectivity, Trading Platform Integration, Short and long-term investments and Debt instruments, Credit Risk and Market data management, and Loans management (FS-CML). Understand business processes related to Financial Instruments hedging, such as intercompany loans and derivatives e.g., FX options and FX forwards, or Commodities hedging. Translate and map the business processes to enable design in SAP-TR, Hedging and surrounding applications. Help cull out end-to-end functional and non-functional system requirements, including integration with other non-SAP tools and systems surrounding the S/4 platform. Hands-on ability to independently prototype SAP solution to meet end-to-end Treasury & Hedging requirements, define work-breakdown structure for a configuration and development team to develop a cohesive working solution. SAP TRM configuration and enhancements for a robust and scalable solution. Research current trends and best practices, to advise business leads and IT-configurators around best solution approach for the client. Hands-on ability to write system design documents, including detailed design, technical design, update requirements traceability, and test scenarios, cases. Design & maintain integration of SAP Treasury with SAP-Finance and other non-SAP platforms for cash-application, reconciliation, and monitoring.
