Job Description:


Responsibilities:

- Install and configure middleware instances according to established quality criteria and IT service level agreements

- Manage provisioning and configuration of middleware instances for efficient and durable services

- Administer web servers and reverse proxies within middleware instances

- Allocate and manage resources (e.g., memory, storage) to support middleware services effectively

- Establish and maintain operational readiness of middleware services

- Implement robust monitoring solutions for system, performance, and resource utilization

- Analyze monitoring data to optimize system performance and capacity planning

- Perform routine maintenance tasks and software updates for middleware instances

- Provide timely and effective 2nd and 3rd level support for middleware-related incidents and problems

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in middleware administration, including installation, configuration, and operation of middleware instances

- In-depth knowledge of middleware technologies such as Apache, Tomcat, Nginx, Haproxy, and IIS

- Strong understanding of web server architecture, reverse proxy configurations, and load balancer concepts

- Proficiency in system monitoring tools and performance analysis techniques

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- Effective communication skills and ability to interact with cross-functional teams

- Relevant certifications (e.g., Red Hat Certified
