Role Description

The Cloud Practice Lead will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day cloud operations and managing the cloud practice team. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, architecting cloud solutions, providing technical leadership, ensuring compliance with best practices, and driving continuous improvement in cloud technology and processes.

Location: Pune/Noida

Education :Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Experience Required : 15+ Years

Key Responsibilties:

- Total Experience - 15+ years with hands on experience with Azure (MUST) and AWS (Beginner to Intermediate), strong preference for architecture certification in one of these platforms- Strong understanding of cloud technology and its implementation across major Cloud providers (ex. Azure and AWS)- Passionate about technology and customer success with excellent communication and articulation skills- Enhance service offering and drive towards growth of the Practice.- Bring innovation in the Practice by coming up ideas, differentiators and development of tools /accelerators to differentiate us in the market.- Leading the Cloud Activities across geographies by working closely with respective Geography Leads- Promote cloud offerings and expertise internally with accounts and externally with customers to create pipeline and opportunity for growth of Practice.- Support new business activities, proposal creation and engagement scoping- Responsible for developing roadmap to achieve organizational, business and delivery goals for Cloud Offering- Lead the team to continuously push the limits and adopt new capabilities (cloud architectures and frameworks, CI/CD practices.)- Drive team motivation and lead changes essential for the achievement of long-term goals- Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading development groups through software development cycles- Proven experience of software development methodologies, principles, procedures, software management, DevOps, Agile Practices, and services .
