Our client is a well-established international bank with a strong presence in both emerging and developed markets. It provides a wide range of services in retail, corporate, and institutional banking. The bank is known for its focus on responsible growth, strong risk management, and a collaborative work culture. Some of the key responsibilities will include: Lead planning and forecasting across Capital, RWA, Liquidity, and NIM, ensuring strategic alignment. Provide clear, executive-level reporting and insights to the Group Treasurer, CFO, and FP&A teams. Oversee a robust and cost-efficient funding strategy in collaboration with Treasury. Provide robust challenges with business forecasts, identifying key risks and opportunities to enhance financial oues. Manage, coach, and develop a team of 10–12 professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. To be eligible for this role you will require: Minimum 10 years of Treasury experience, with a strong focus on capital, liquidity, and interest rate risk management. At least 3 years in a Vice President or equivalent leadership role, with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams and delivering on strategic objectives. Solid expertise across IRRBB, RWA, CET1, NSFR, Leverage Ratio, and NIM. Excellent stakeholder management andmunication skills along with Strong background in forecasting, financial planning, regulatory & strategic Treasury.
