Senior Executive – Talent AcquisitionRepublic World – Noida ( Sector 158 )Republic Media is looking for a dynamic and proactive Senior Executive to manage key human resource functions, with a strong focus on sourcing and employee lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience in talent acquisition, stakeholder coordination, playing a critical role in building and nurturing strong workforce.Key Responsibilities:- Role UnderstandingCollaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand job roles and ideal candidate profiles.- Sourcing & Talent Acquisition:Actively source candidates from various platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals etc.- Pipeline BuildingCreate and maintain a strong pipeline for current and future hiring needs.- Candidate Coordination & Onboarding:Schedule interviews, manage communication, and ensure seamless onboarding of selected candidates.- Salary Negotiation & Offer Rollout:Handle compensation discussions and issue offer letters as per company standards.- Stakeholder & Internal Coordination:Act as a bridge between department heads, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure alignment and timely decisions.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree is must.- 3-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (Experience in Bulk hiring and walk in drive), Non Technical.- Extensive experience with job portals, Naukri and LinkedIn.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with data proficiency.- Strong negotiation and multitasking.- Potential candidates from Talent Acquisition are invited and experience from media industry is a plus.
