The team drives innovation in Master Data Management, enterprise integration, cloud data platforms, and AI/ML-enabled data quality solutions.Job DescriptionArchitect and implement scalable Reltio MDM solutions across enterprise environmentsLead integration architecture with SAP, Salesforce, Snowflake , and other systemsDesign and configure entity models, survivorship rules, match–merge logic, workflow orchestrationCollaborate with data science teams to embed AI/ML-driven intelligent matching & anomaly detectionDefine and enforce data governance and data stewardship frameworksMentor MDM developers/analysts and support CoE enablementTranslate complex business data requirements into robust technical MDM solutionsDrive strategic MDM initiatives, especially within Healthcare and Insurance domainsManage project delivery, planning, and stakeholder engagementMandatory Skills✔ Strong hands-on experience with Reltio MDM (modeling, configuration, API integration)✔ Expertise in core MDM concepts – match–merge, survivorship, hierarchy management✔ Integration experience with SAP, Salesforce, Snowflake✔ Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, data transformation tools✔ Exposure to AI/ML use cases in data management✔ Strong analytical, communication, and technical leadership skills✔ Domain knowledge in Healthcare and Insurance (for Senior Architect role)Added AdvantageExperience with other MDM platforms: Informatica MDM, Stibo Systems MDMExperience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)Familiarity with data governance tools: Collibra, InformaticaAgile delivery experienceReltio MDM certification preferredImportant Note (Please Read Before Applying)Do NOT apply if:You do not have strong hands-on experience with Reltio MDMYou lack integration experience with SAP/Salesforce/SnowflakeYou do not have exposure to core MDM concepts (match–merge, survivorship, hierarchies)You are unable to work from Hyd / Noida / GurugramYour notice period is more than 30 daysYou have no real-time experience in AI/ML-driven data quality (preferred for senior roles)✅ Apply ONLY if you meet ALL mandatory skills and conditions above.Random / irrelevant applications will not be considered.
