Job Description:-•Analyze defect, process improvement and Cycle time enhancement to improve productivity.•Inspect, Monitor, Validate, Verification to be done as per customer standards.•Responsible for BIW automation programming, Handling, Welding, Vision Application etc.•Responsible for PLC interface with Robot & other equipment’s.•Knowledge of PRB using skid transfer, robotics zoning, master slave configuration.• Interaction with CFT like Fixtures, PLC, project management, procurement etc.•Ensures that PLC meets /exceeds customer cycle time requirements by improvingthe process flow through IO signals and suggesting the modification to the process.•Experience in VOSS, DIN, NAAM Standards for manufacturing processes will be added advantage.•Experience of Robotics Simulation software's like Delmia, RobCAD, Process Simulate, Robot Studio will be added advantage
