Role & responsibilities

  • Vendor Receipt and appointment Scheduling with Vendors and inward capacity planning

  • Receiving & managing flow of material from stores & other DCs.

  • Coordination's with Buying Team for Vendor Related issues

  • Resolving discrepancies of Store Returns

  • Ensuring material put away to the right location.

  • Maintain and nurture customer and vendor relationships

  • Coordinating with Stores and Store managers for SLM pick up

  • Space planning for inter dc movement

  • Coordination's with Import and DC manager for timely material movements

  • Managing to minimise the errors & improve the Inbound accuracy.

  • 100% scanning adherence with accuracy.

  • Discrepancy management.

  • Monthly Review with all service providers with respect to SLA's, KPI's, SOP's & DEPS.

  • Review warehouse logistics and improve where possible

  • Sharing Inbound related MIS reports.

  • Ensuring to share required documents with commercial team for vendor payment

Preferred candidate profile

  • Working knowledge of MS Office Utilities Excel, Power point, Word, Data analysis & interpretation

  • SAP Knowledge is preferable

  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills

Aptitude for counting and inventory management
