Overview 综述: Ensures that any type of equipment is working properly. Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot problems and make repairs as needed. Responsible for removing old equipment and installing new maintenance strategies, procedures and methods.Carry out routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faults. Responsibilities 职责: 1. Design, control, and implement electrical systems and products.2. Diagnose breakdown problems3. Supervising engineering and technical staff4. Obtaining specialist components, fixtures or fittings5. Managing budgets6. Maintaining statistical and financial records7. Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation8. Creating maintenance procedures9. Corrective Actions.10. Awareness of ISO 9001:2015 & 28000/SCSMS.11. Adhering to all safety and performance regulations.12. Deal with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs & ready come on site any time based on problem.13. Control maintenance tools, stores and equipment.14. Work with specialist equipment, such as transformer,ACB, VCB, PCC panel, MCC panel,MCC Panel controlWIRING, VFD, programmable logic controllers (PLC), which control machinery on factory assembly lines.15. Perform detailed calculations to establish standards and specifications.16. Inspect installations and observe operations to ensure compliance with design and equipment specifications and safety standards.17. Use computer-assisted engineering software (AutoCAD) to perform engineering tasks.18. Support EHS, manufacturing department , Q C ,T&I and others.19. Provide quality assurance for ongoing projects.20. Keep current with the latest technical innovations in electrical engineering. knowledge of Callibration of instruments like Temparature controller , Thermocouple, Pressure transmiter etc.22. Closely work with Project team and EHS .23. Knowledge about electrial safety.
