For more information, please visit . Senior Network Engineer Network Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor network performance and identify issues. Perform routine maintenance tasks, including software and hardware updates. Ensure network security by implementing appropriate measures. Incident Management: Respond to network-related incidents and provide timely resolutions. Document incidents and resolutions in the incident management system. Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary. Routing and Switching: Configure and manage routers and switches. Troubleshoot routing and switching issues. Optimize network performance through efficient routing and switching practices. Wireless Network Management: Install and configure wireless network devices. Monitor and troubleshoot wireless network performance. Ensure secure and reliable wireless connectivity. SD-WAN Management: Monitor and manage SD-WAN infrastructure. Ensure optimal performance and reliability of SD-WAN links. Troubleshoot and resolve SD-WAN related issues. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Develop and maintain SOPs for network operations. Ensure compliance with SOPs during network maintenance and incident management. Train team members on SOPs and best practices. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations and changes. Generate regular reports on network performance and incidents. Provide recommendations for network improvements based on performance data. General NOC Duties: Monitor network infrastructure and systems for alarms and alerts. Perform initial troubleshooting and escalate issues as needed. Maintain accurate logs of incidents and actions taken.
