Opportunity Type: Full Time, On Site.


Work Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad / Bannerghatta, Bangalore


Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days)


Shift Time: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Day Shift)


Summary:

Are you an ambitious, skilled professional poised to make a significant difference in an organization. We are a rapidly growing startup and are looking to onboard creative and passionate people to join our team in our 1 to 10 journey. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy to engage and grow our online communities, enhance brand awareness, and drive organic traffic to our websites. You will work closely with founding teams to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience across various social media platforms.


Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy: Develop a social media content calendar to strategically manage our company's online presence across various platforms like Facebook, Instagram and .
  • Content Creation: Develop original and engaging content for social media platforms, including but not limited to posts, graphics, videos, stories, reels and interactive content. You should not hesitate to conduct interviews and also appear in videos and reels.
  • Content Research: Study and understand competitor content strategy. Analyze market trends and audience interest to create similar content for our company.
  • Content Writing: Write original blog posts and articles about trending fintech and alternative investments industry.


Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree
  • 0 - 1 year experience in content creation
  • 0 - 1 year experience in managing social media pages
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Active social media enthusiast who understands viral content
  • Self-starter/entrepreneurial spirit
  • Professionalism and a customer-focused mindset
  • Expertise on Adobe Photoshop is a Plus
  • Expertise on Adobe Premiere Pro is a Plus
