PURPOSE OF POSITION :

- Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects

PRIMARY DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS :

- Oversees all aspects of project

- Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project

- Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project

- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures

- Familiar to do the infra setup from the scratch

- Having exposure with IT projects planning, organizing, implementation and deployment

- Need to manage computer networks, servers and entire infrastructure

- Need to manage datacenter and migration

- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals

- Leads and directs the work of others.

A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected

- Plans, directs, and coordinates new client launches as the interface for IT team

- Plans, directs, and coordinates new facility start-ups

- Plans, directs, and coordinates requirements gathering in support of business objectives

- Plans, directs, and coordinates the breakdown, relocation, and setup of facility for site relocations, site upgrades, and new location builds

- Provide assistance with a focus on quality customer service

- Provide training and technical assistance to users

- Performs other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisor or manager

- Thrive as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment

- Ensure all Teleperformance policies and procedures are adhered to, including but not limited to: Security, HR, Operations, etc, and any known infractions of any of these corporate policies and procedures are communicated to the proper Teleperformance Management immediately

QUALIFICATIONS :

- Bachelor's / master's degree or equivalent experience

- 4+ years of project management experience

- The ability to work under stress and meet deadlines; detail oriented with strong organizational skills

- Experience with Microsoft Project

- Basic presentation skills

- Must be able to travel

- Must be able to work primarily between the hours of 11:00am to 8:00pm (MST)

- Must be flexible enough to accommodate after hour projects when needed

HIGHLY DESIRED :

- Experience with call center technology with IT back ground

- Atleast any one certifications like PMP, Prince2

- Gurugram, Hyderabad, Jaipur
