Job Description:
The Consultant will be responsible for guiding students in securing admissions to universities in New Zealand and supporting them throughout the visa process. The successful candidate will collaborate with the LCI Group team to deliver high-quality counselling services to prospective students.
Responsibilities:
● Developing and maintaining strong knowledge of our services and products for B2B partners and clients.
● Managing client relationships to maintain and grow long-term partnerships.
● Training clients on how to use our portals for the products and services offered.
● Providing expert counseling to students interested in studying in New Zealand.
● Assisting students in selecting suitable universities based on their academic qualifications and interests.
● Supporting students through the visa application process and explaining visa requirements.
● Offering advice on financial aid, scholarships, and other funding options.
● Building relationships with New Zealand universities and staying informed about their programs and admission criteria.
● Representing LCI Group at recruitment fairs and other events to promote our services.
● Managing student records confidentially and securely.
● Contributing to the development of LCI Group policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
● At least four years of experience managing partners and clients.
● Excellent knowledge of New Zealand universities and their admission requirements.
● Able to complete applications for New Zealand universities.
● Skilled in email correspondence.
● Capable of reviewing student documents.
● Experience with visa applications and understanding visa requirements.
● Strong verbal and written communication skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Capable of performing well under pressure and meeting deadlines.
● Able to keep student information confidential.
● Fluent in English.
