Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Sourcing & Supply Chain Lead at HealthSense in Bengaluru. The Lead will be responsible for sourcing products with a focus on China & India and Manage Supply chain operations

Qualifications

• Experience in Supply chain management and Sourcing ( China Sourcing).
• Optimize supply chain processes
• Research & Development and finding new products.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Prior experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus
• Can think out of the box and go beyond the mentioned roles and responsibilities
• Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills.

We are looking for a Ecommerce Sourcing & Planning Manager to oversee procurement and supplier management for Personal & Health Care products across domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate will drive cost efficiency, ensure quality compliance, and manage end-to-end sourcing operations.
Key Requirement -2 to 4 years of sourcing experience with domestic & international market Key Responsibilities: Strong understanding of excel, data analysis, vendor research.
Good knowledge of domestic and international market sourcing and supply chain, vendor negotiation.
Vendor Identification & Management – Develop and maintain a strong supplier network, ensuring reliability and long-term partnerships.
Costing & Negotiation – Optimise procurement costs through strategic negotiations while maintaining product quality.
Production & Timeline Management – Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely production and delivery, mitigating supply chain risks.
Quality Control & Compliance – Enforce quality standards and regulatory compliance across sourcing channels.
Market & Supplier Research – Analyze market trends and identify potential suppliers to drive competitive advantage.
If you have a strong sourcing background and a passion for supply chain excellence, we'd love to connect Education - Bachelor's Degree in Management, Masters is plus but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹60, ₹80,000.00 per month
