Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced
Application Developer – SAP for Retail
to design, build, and configure applications that align with business process and application requirements. This role requires a strong background in
SAP for Retail
and proven expertise in leading development initiatives that optimize business operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide innovative solutions, and ensure applications meet organizational objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a
    Subject Matter Expert (SME)
    in SAP for Retail, guiding teams on best practices and innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient application designs.
  • Lead and manage team performance, ensuring effective collaboration and accountability in decision-making.
  • Contribute to critical organizational decisions by engaging with multiple teams across projects.
  • Deliver solutions to complex problems with a focus on scalability, reusability, and impact across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate
    knowledge sharing, mentoring, and capability building
    within the development team.
  • Continuously monitor, assess, and improve application performance, security, and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in
    SAP for Retail
    with a minimum of 12 years of hands-on experience.
  • Expertise in
    application development methodologies
    , including design, configuration, and implementation.
  • Deep understanding of
    SAP integration
    with other business systems and third-party solutions.
  • Strong ability to analyze business requirements and convert them into detailed technical specifications.
  • Familiarity with
    Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and development tools
    .

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Experience mentoring and guiding junior team members.

Additional Information

  • Experience Required:
    Minimum 12 years in SAP for Retail.
  • Location:
    Bengaluru, India.
  • Education:
    15 years of full-time education is mandatory.
