Responsibilities :

- Possess in-depth knowledge of SAP HCM functionalities in Payroll (USA focus), Time Management, Personal Administration, and Organization Management.

- Experience with implementing, supporting, testing, and developing SAP HCM solutions.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective configurations and customizations within SAP HCM.

- Participate in SAP HCM implementation, support, and testing projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.

- Provide ongoing support to HR users by troubleshooting issues, resolving tickets, and maintaining the HR Help Desk queue.

- Analyze HR tickets to identify trends and areas for improvement in process efficiency.

- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders at all levels (HR, Management, Clients) to understand needs and ensure successful project deliverables.

- Effectively translate business requirements into functional specifications for the technical team.

- Foster strong working relationships with team members and clients.

Technical Skills :

Essential :

- 5+ years of experience as an SAP HCM Consultant with a strong focus on USA Payroll functionalities.

- Proficiency in SAP R/3, SAP ECC 6.0, and SAP S/4HANA HCM modules.

- Experience with SAP HCM configuration, customization, and development.

- Excellent understanding of HR business processes and their alignment with SAP HCM functionalities.

Desirable :

- Experience with reporting tools like SAP HCM Query, HR Analytics, or SuccessFactors Reporting.

- Experience with SAP HCM integrations with other enterprise systems.

- Proven project management skills and experience working within SDLC methodologies.

Additional Skills :

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality
