Overview: The SeniorEngineer/Assistant Manager OMS plays an integral role in overseeingand optimizing the Order Management System (OMS) to ensure seamlessoperations and customer satisfaction. This position is crucial inmaintaining the efficiency and accuracy of order processinginventory management and fulfillmentprocesses.KeyResponsibilities:

• Manage and optimizethe Order Management System (OMS) to enhance efficiency andaccuracy.

• Stayupdated on industry trends and best practices in ordermanagement.
• Contribute to strategic planningfor OMS improvements and expansions.
• Resolvecomplex OMSrelated technical issues and providesupport.
• Manage relationships with OMS vendorsand service providers.
• Lead and mentor a teamof OMS specialists andanalysts.

RequiredQualifications:

• Bachelors degree inEngineering Computer Science or relatedfield.
• 5 years of experience in OrderManagement System administration orengineering.
• Proven track record in leading OMSoptimization projects and processimprovements.
• Strong understanding of supplychain operations and order fulfillmentprocesses.
