IAM support specialist

Resideo is currently seeking for a Senior IAM Support engineer to perform L3 support of MFA & SSO services including deployment, administration, and day to day operations. Responsible for directing L2/L1 technical staff to address application & security issues in a timely fashion. The role will function as an intermediary for IT system administrators, service providers and application owners with the IAM Engineering organization. Will routinely collaborate with different security team members including, but not limited to architecture, infrastructure, network, compliance, and incident response. Duties will include user / system lifecycle management activities such as system design, integration, deployment, and continuous service improvement.
This position will report to an IT manager and will interact frequently with all Resideo employees. This position will be based in India. You should have prior IT Support experience and be able to collaborate with team members in a multinational environment.
JOB DUTIES:
Design and implement Single Sign-On Authentication using SAML, OAUTH, OIDC… Implement MFA and SSO on all internal and external applications leveraging Microsoft ENTRA ID Implement required architecture to leverage MFA and SSO on public clouds (Azure, AWS, …) Design and implement secure software architectures for our organization, ensuring that our systems, applications, and data are protected against current and emerging security threats. Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards based on modern frameworks such as NIST, ISO, and CIS, and ensure that they are up to date with current security best practices. Conduct security risk assessments and vulnerability scans and develop and implement plans to remediate identified vulnerabilities and threats using modern techniques. Stay current with emerging security threats and technologies and make recommendations for enhancing our security posture based on modern approaches such as Zero Trust, DevSecOps, and Cloud Security.YOU MUST HAVE:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences or related field or equivalent experience / certification 5+ years of information technology experience with at least 3 years in related MFA/SSO function (with Microsoft ENTRA ID) An excellent level of English (written and spoken) Willingness to grow and learn other IT technologies in the Network, IAM and Cyber Security systemWE VALUE:
