We ensure high-quality standards with certified gold, silver, and diamond jewellery. With three branches in Madurai, we are expanding to better serve our customers.What you’ll do:✨ Develop and execute impactful marketing strategies to build brand visibility and customer engagementLead promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and festive marketing initiatives across all branchesConduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify growth opportunitiesCollaborate with creative teams to develop compelling brand campaigns and visualsDrive digital and retail marketing activities to enhance in-store and online performancePlan and manage brand events, exhibitions, and product launchesStrengthen customer engagement through loyalty programs and referral initiativesGuide and mentor the marketing team, track KPIs, and ensure strong ROI across campaignsWhat we’re looking for:✔️ Degree or MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field✔️ Minimum 5–8 years of marketing experience (Jewelry or Retail preferred)✔️ Proven expertise in brand management, campaign planning, and event execution✔️ Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills✔️ Creative thinker with analytical insight and results-driven focus✔️ Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on executionLocation: MaduraiExperience: 5–8 years
